How To Start
The first step is to contact us. Calling is usually the best way to make this initial contact, but you are welcome to use email as well as the USPS.
During our initial conversation, we will ask for the details of your situation. This initial interview usually takes between 15 and 30 minutes. We will be able to give you some idea of your probable success with obtaining a Medical Certificate by the end of that discussion. Since each person’s situation usually has some unique twist to it, we ask that you describe all facets of your situation prior to our offering an opinion.
If we determine that there is little chance of success, we will tell you that up front - and you will have paid us nothing for the advice. If, however, we believe we can help you, we will tell you what we think the probability of success is and help you decide if you should continue your efforts. If you decide to continue, we will send you the agreements, information release forms, and other “start-up” documentation.
Once the initial paperwork is completed, we then take over the project for you. We make it a point to regularly keep you current on our efforts throughout the project.
The most important step, however, is to make contact with us. Our initial consultation is absolutely free and does not obligate you in any way.
