When we want to purchase something we want to know exactly what it will cost and exactly what that fee covers. The same is true of our clients. As a result, our fee structure is very simple and straightforward.

We have a flat one-time fee for presenting a situation to the FAA. There are never additional charges for our services. Never.

Included in this fee are the following actions:

All work we do from the time we accept the project until one of the following occurs:

1. • You are issued a Medical Certificate
   

2. • The FAA denies the application and we determine that there no reason for us to believe that another appeal would be successful
   

All appropriate appeals are included, up to and including the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB).

Once the project has been completed, if another event in your aviation medical life should cause a new concern for the FAA, and we accept your new project, you will never be charged more than an amount equal to the original fee. For example, if we help you with a cardiovascular problem for our then-current fee of $1,000, and a year later the FAA denies you for a diabetes concern, we will not charge you more than $1,000 for the new project, no matter what our standard fee is at the time we accept your new project. 

Once you have been a client of ARMA Research, Inc., you are immune to all future fee increases.

Our current fee for all of these services is $1,250. Not a penny more.
